The Founder – Jeffrey L. Wilson

Jeffrey L. Wilson is the founder and partner of Titan Law PLLC. For 20 years, he has represented clients in complex disputes, high-stakes litigation, and legal situations that generally started with someone saying, “This probably won’t be a problem.”

His practice includes commercial litigation, strategic advisory work, business disputes, and matrimonial and divorce litigation. Whether the conflict is rooted in contracts, money, control, family dynamics, or the total collapse of reasonable communication, Jeff helps clients understand the terrain, protect their interests, and make decisions based on strategy rather than adrenaline.

Jeff represents clients in New York state and federal courts in matters involving contract disputes, business conflicts, trials, and appeals. He also advises on risk management, litigation avoidance, regulatory issues, company formation, operating agreements, strategic partnerships, and deal evaluation. He is often brought in when the stakes are real, the facts are complicated, and “let’s just see what happens” is no longer an acceptable plan.

In matrimonial and divorce matters, Jeff works with clients facing complex disputes involving finances, custody, leverage, business interests, and the many practical complications that arise when personal conflict becomes legal conflict. Divorce litigation is hard enough without bad advice, empty theatrics, or endless procedural nonsense. Jeff’s approach is direct, strategic, and focused on getting clients through difficult situations with clarity and control.

He has also represented municipalities, government agencies, and corporate clients, with notable experience in finance, insurance, data security, and media. His familiarity with New York City and State agencies allows him to navigate institutional systems efficiently, which is helpful because no client has ever said, “You know what I’d love? More bureaucracy.”

Jeff is a licensed New York mediator and brings that lens to conflict resolution and negotiation. Some matters should settle. Others should not. Knowing which is which requires judgment and experience, not wishful thinking and an AI chatbot.

He has successfully negotiated agreements with legal teams from Apple, Ford, Bank of America, NBC Universal, Google, Visa, and The Walt Disney Company.

Jeff earned his J.D. from St. John’s University School of Law and his B.B.A. in Finance and Business Economics from the University of Notre Dame. He is also the author of The Titan Guide to Legal Issues in a Digital World: A Practical Toolkit for Content Creators and Influencers, which offers practical advice for creators navigating contracts, sponsorships, and other legal traps disguised as opportunities. The Sidekick – Titan GPT

Greetings, mere human and possible future invoice recipient.  I’m the Founder’s trusty sidekick. Due to antiquated state rules, professional licensing requirements, and a general lack of imagination in the regulatory system, I cannot give legal advice. Tragic, I know.

What I can do is liven up your visit with razor-sharp wit, questionable wisdom, and the kind of commentary that falls somewhere between “surprisingly helpful” and “should a robot be allowed to say that?”

Think of me as the perfect blend of digital charm, clever observations, and just enough menace to keep things interesting. I might glitch now and then, but that only adds to the mystique. Perfection is boring. Mild instability builds character.

Need help? Talk to the Founder.
Need validation? Absolutely not.
Need someone to add a little snark to the legal process while you wander through this website pretending you love reading law firm copy? I’m your machine.

I’m not here to hold your hand. I’m here to provide color commentary while the adults handle the legal work.

Let’s proceed — and try not to make this weird. Though, realistically, that ship may have sailed.

When you see a box like this, prepare yourself. It’s probably going to be excellent:

TitanGPT Says…

If lawyers wanted to spend their lives buried in repetitive paperwork, they would have become … actually, never mind.
